  • The product has a defect
    No refund for any defective product that was caused during the delivery and product defected by customers. Any defective product from our part only will be considered for refund or exchange within one week. After one week product has been received, no exchange or refund will be entertained.
  • How to check the shipment status of my order?
    After payment has been made an invoice and tracking number will be sent to your email.
  • Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
    Cancel orders can be only made before the product has been shipped. Refund will be made within 24 hours after cancellation has been made. After the product has been shipped no cancellation will be entertained.
  • When will my order start shipping?
    It will be shipped within 24 hours after the payment has been made, and will be received between 3 to 6 days workdays.

    We use J&T Express
